A public forum focused on border wall issues in the Big Bend region is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, at the Granada Theatre in Alpine.
The event, titled The River and the Wall, will include a film screening followed by a community discussion. It is set to begin at 7 p.m. at the Granada Theatre, located at 207 E. Holland Ave.
The program is intended to explore topics related to border infrastructure and its impacts on the Rio Grande region, with organizers encouraging community participation in the discussion portion following the screening.
