Early Voting Underway in Pecos County Ahead of March 3 Election

Early voting is set to begin in Pecos County as residents prepare for the upcoming March 3 election, with multiple locations available across the county to accommodate voters.

According to information released by county officials, early voting will take place at three locations: the Pecos County Annex Courtroom in Fort Stockton, the Iraan Community Center in Iraan, and PCWID No. 2 in Imperial.

At the Pecos County Annex Courtroom, located at 200 S. Nelson St. in Fort Stockton, early voting hours are scheduled for:

Feb. 17–20: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 21 (Saturday): 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Feb. 22 (Sunday): noon to 6 p.m. Feb. 23–27: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

At the Iraan Community Center, 508 S. Fair St., Iraan:

Feb. 17–20: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 23–27: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

At PCWID No. 2, 209 Hwy 1053 in Imperial:

Feb. 17–20: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 23–27: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Election Day voting will take place Tuesday, March 3, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at each voter’s assigned precinct.

Unofficial election results are expected to begin posting after polls close at 7 p.m. on March 3 on the Pecos County website.

County officials are encouraging residents to take advantage of early voting to avoid potential lines on Election Day and to ensure participation in the electoral process.
