The Ojinaga municipal government has continued its community outreach efforts with a recent food distribution event in the rural community of La Mula, aimed at strengthening household nutrition and supporting local families.
According to information shared by Ojinaga Noticias, municipal officials met with residents this week to deliver potatoes as part of the “Ojinaga por la Nutrición” initiative, a program focused on improving access to basic food supplies in underserved areas.
The activity reflects the administration’s ongoing commitment under Mayor Lucy Marrufo to promote social development and address food security across the municipality. Officials emphasized that the program is designed to ensure that no community is overlooked, particularly in more remote regions.
