Fort Stockton Library to Host Beginner Knitting Class on February 5

Residents interested in learning a new craft will have an opportunity next month when FSPL Children’s Programming hosts a beginner-friendly knitting class in Fort Stockton.

The class is scheduled for Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 5 p.m. and is designed for participants with little or no previous knitting experience. The session will focus on basic knitting techniques and provide hands-on instruction in a welcoming environment.

Organizers say beginners are encouraged to attend, but participants must bring their own supplies, including yarn and knitting needles.

The program is part of the library’s ongoing efforts to offer creative and educational activities for community members of all ages.
