Spicewood Restaurant in Alpine has officially expanded its hours, launching breakfast service for the first time and becoming a true morning-to-night dining option for the community.
The restaurant, located at 2612 W. Highway 90, announced this week that breakfast is now served daily from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The move adds early-morning dining to a venue already known for lunch, dinner, live music, and event hosting.
In a social media post announcing the change, Spicewood called the launch of breakfast service its “first breakfast service” and said staff were excited to welcome customers in for the morning hours.
The new breakfast menu includes a mix of classic and upscale offerings, such as eggs Benedict-style dishes, avocado toast, omelets, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, and a breakfast buffet option. The restaurant is also offering fresh-pressed juices, specialty espresso drinks, and traditional coffee selections.
Spicewood remains open seven days a week, offering dine-in and grab-and-go options. In addition to breakfast and lunch, the restaurant continues to operate as a full-service venue featuring dinner service, a patio, live music, and space for meetings and events.
The expansion of hours adds another breakfast option in Alpine and reflects continued growth in the local dining scene as restaurants adapt to demand from residents, travelers, and early-morning commuters.
