Alpine Independent School District is recognizing Alyssa Mitchell as part of its Senior Spotlight series, highlighting students’ accomplishments and plans as they prepare for graduation.
Mitchell said she participated in student council throughout her high school years, gaining experience in leadership and student involvement. She credited Ms. Ramos as her favorite teacher, noting her patience and genuine care for both teaching and her students.
When reflecting on her high school experience, Mitchell said her favorite memory was the bonfire during her junior year, a tradition that brought classmates together outside the classroom.
After graduation, Mitchell plans to attend college, with hopes of enrolling at the University of Houston, and pursue a career in the medical field.
Alpine ISD officials congratulated Mitchell and wished her continued success as she takes the next steps toward her future.
