The Starlight Theatre is offering a special Christmas prix fixe dinner for guests spending the holiday season in the Big Bend region.
The Christmas dinner will be served Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. at the historic Terlingua venue, which is known as a longtime gathering place for locals and visitors.
The prix fixe menu begins with a Mexican shrimp cocktail, followed by a main course of Christmas ham served with garlic and onion mashed potatoes, gravy, Christmas succotash, an orange and pineapple reduction, and a sweet roll. Dessert features Clay Henry’s cheesecake topped with sweet prickly pear sauce.
The dinner is priced at $45 per person and will be available for dine-in service.
