Marfa Independent School District will host its annual Winter Program on Friday, December 19, beginning at 9 a.m. in the Marfa ISD Auditorium.
The program will feature a full morning of holiday-themed songs, skits, and performances by students from across the district, ranging from Pre-K and kindergarten through junior high and high school. Families and community members are invited to attend and enjoy performances that highlight the creativity and hard work of Marfa students.
According to Marfa ISD, the Winter Program will include musical selections such as “We Wish You a Merry Christmas,” “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” “The Chipmunk Song,” and “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch,” along with skits and dance performances. Junior high and high school music students will also participate as part of the program.
The event is a long-standing tradition for the district and offers an opportunity for the community to come together to celebrate the season while supporting local students.
The Winter Program will take place at the Marfa ISD Auditorium on Friday, December 19, at 9 a.m.
