The Consulate of Mexico in Presidio is inviting community members across the Big Bend and border region to participate in its Tradiciones Mexicanas: Elaboración de Piñatas call for entries, organized by IMME Casa de México.
Participants can create an original piñata and share it on their social media accounts using the hashtags
#PiñataHechaEnElExterior and #TradicionesMexicanasEnElExterior.
Selected piñatas will be featured in the IMME Casa de México magazine.
The submission window runs December 8–26, 2025.
This initiative highlights Mexican cultural traditions and encourages families and creators abroad to celebrate heritage through art.
