Brewster County Deputies and K9 Latek teamed up with multiple local and federal agencies for Red Ribbon Week demonstrations at Alpine Middle School.
The collaborative event featured participation from the Alpine Police Department, U.S. Border Patrol, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Alpine Fire Department, Alpine EMS, and Texas Parks and Wildlife. Students had the opportunity to see demonstrations, including K9 operations and public safety teamwork in action.
The Brewster County Sheriff’s Office thanked Alpine ISD for hosting and helping educate students about drug awareness, prevention, and community safety.
