Couchfest Raises More Than $5,500 for Marathon Fire Department and Health Center

This year’s Couchfest at the Marathon Motel & RV Park raised a total of $5,572.76, with all proceeds benefiting the Marathon Volunteer Fire Department and the Marathon Health Center.

Organizers thanked everyone who contributed by donating, bidding in the auction, volunteering, performing, or attending the event.

“A huge thank you to everyone who donated, bid in the auction, volunteered, performed, and joined us for the fun. Your generosity keeps this community strong, connected, and full of life,” the announcement said.

The motel celebrated another successful year for the local tradition and expressed excitement for an even bigger Couchfest in 2026.
