Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. announced Wednesday that Yorkville America Equities has filed an initial registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for five America First themed exchange-traded funds.
The new products — to be marketed under the “Truth Social Funds” brand — include the Truth Social American Icons ETF, American Security & Defense ETF, American Next Frontiers ETF, American Energy Security ETF and American Red State REITs ETF.
According to the company, the funds will apply a screening process developed with the 1792 Exchange to align with the Truth Social brand and America First principles. The ETFs are expected to launch later this year, subject to regulatory approval, and will be listed on NYSE Arca.
Trump Media, which operates the Truth Social platform, Truth+ streaming service and Truth.Fi fintech brand, previously announced filings for digital asset ETFs in June and July. Yorkville America Equities will serve as sponsor and registered investment adviser to the funds.
