Alpine Animal Services has named Floyd its Pet of the Week. The adoption fee for Floyd is $50 through Sunday, Sept. 14, which includes neuter, microchip, heartworm test and vaccinations. Floyd, found running loose in Alpine on July 4, is described as playful, people-friendly and leash-trained. He is available for adoption at the Alpine Animal Services Shelter, 2900 Old Marathon Hwy.
