Alpine ISD recently highlighted the work of two Alpine High School juniors who combined design skills with hands-on craftsmanship to support the Lady Bucks volleyball team.
In a Facebook post, the district wrote:
“✨ After hemming, AHS Juniors Nancy Velez and Mary Do rivet polypropylene volleyball team banners in Vaughn Grisham’s Graphic Design II class. 🖌💻 Both are Adobe Certified Professionals in Adobe InDesign — the very program used to design these banners. 💪🏐💜💛”
The project was completed in Alpine High School’s computer lab, where the students worked on designing and fabricating banners featuring members of the volleyball team. The district’s post celebrated both their school spirit and their professional-level certification in Adobe software.
