The Monahans Economic Development Corporation (EDC) has officially launched its Facade Improvement Program, a powerful new initiative designed to help local business owners enhance the exterior appearance of their storefronts — and get reimbursed while doing it.
The program offers up to 50% reimbursement for qualifying facade upgrades, with a maximum award of $25,000. This initiative is aimed at supporting revitalization efforts, boosting curb appeal, and drawing more foot traffic to local businesses throughout Monahans.
