The 4th Annual Big Bend Bluegrass Festival is set to bring live music, workshops, and community fun to the Alpine Civic Center from October 3–4, 2025. The family-friendly event will once again welcome bluegrass fans from across Texas and beyond to the heart of the Big Bend region for two days of toe-tapping tradition.
This year’s lineup includes nationally recognized acts such as The Larry Stephenson Band, The Edgar Loudermilk Band, The Purple Hulls, and Catahoula Drive, along with several regional performers. Organizers say attendees can also expect free music workshops, jam sessions, food trucks, craft vendors, and other interactive offerings throughout the weekend.
The event has grown steadily since its founding, drawing musicians and fans to Alpine each fall to celebrate one of America’s oldest musical genres. For many, the festival is also an opportunity to visit the scenic Big Bend region and support the local economy.
The Alpine Civic Center, located at 801 W Holland Ave, will serve as the primary venue. Admission details and further scheduling updates can be found at bigbendbluegrass.com.
