Sue Roseberry’s The Old Gray Mare Comes to Fort Stockton August 23

Acclaimed performer and storyteller Sue Roseberry is bringing her one-woman stage play The Old Gray Mare to the Fort Stockton Community Theatre (FSCT) on August 23, 2025, at 7 p.m., just in time to celebrate her 70th birthday.

The 90-minute performance takes audiences on a thoughtful and often humorous journey through aging, self-acceptance, and the art of living fully. Blending music, wisdom, and wit, Roseberry offers a poignant perspective on embracing the later chapters of life. “The old gray mare may not be what she used to be,” she says, “but trust me… what she is now is quite something to behold.”
