The Barton Warnock Visitor Center will close early at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, according to an announcement from Texas Parks and Wildlife. A self-pay station will remain available in front of the center for daily entrance and camping fees.
Regular hours will resume on Wednesday, July 23.
Meanwhile, the Fort Leaton State Historic Site will continue operating on its regular schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. without interruption.
