The Leadership Fort Stockton program is now accepting applications for its 2026 adult class, offering aspiring and current leaders the chance to grow professionally while building strong community connections.
Open to individuals 18 and older, the program includes monthly afternoon classes from February to December, beginning with a one-day orientation in January and culminating in a fall weekend retreat.
Participants will engage in hands-on learning, leadership development, and community service projects. Tuition for the yearlong program is $250, covering all materials and sessions. Scholarships are available for those without employer sponsorship.
Employers are encouraged to sponsor emerging or current managers, helping them gain valuable leadership tools and deepen local involvement.
