New restaurant from Roux Alpine team moves into 202 W. Holland Ave.
A new restaurant called Lucia is set to open in the building formerly occupied by Guzzi Up at 202 W. Holland Ave. in Alpine.
Signage for Lucia is now up, and a liquor license application is posted in the front window. The new concept is from the owners of Roux Alpine, a local carryout kitchen known for its rotating menu of fresh meals using quality ingredients.
Lucia will mark a new chapter for the prominent corner space in downtown Alpine, which had long been home to Guzzi Up before its closure. An official opening date for Lucia has not been announced.
