The bidding window will remain open for 25 days after the first bid is submitted. Interested parties are advised to review full property details, including maps, legal descriptions, and applicable restrictions or easements, before submitting offers. The final sale is subject to approval by the local appraisal district and may be canceled or modified if the delinquent taxes and associated fees are paid prior to the transfer.
Tracts range in size from 5 acres to over 80 acres and are located across various surveys including the E.W. Bolton, G.C. & S.F. Ry Co., and T. & P. RR. Co. Surveys. Several of the properties are 10-acre parcels in Section 1010 of the Bolton Survey, while others are larger tracts located in rural parts of the county.
Jeff Davis County is acting as trustee for the sales, which are based on court judgments for unpaid property taxes.
