Roux Alpine is expanding its footprint, with a new restaurant project now in the works for Alpine.
The business announced this week that it will close at 2 p.m. on Fridays moving forward and teased the upcoming launch of a sister restaurant called Lucia.
While Roux confirmed plans are underway, representatives said they are not yet ready to release details about Lucia’s location, menu, or opening timeline.
Roux Alpine currently operates as a prepared foods shop offering grab-and-go items, weekly family meals, and catering services. Regular operations at Roux will continue as the team develops the new concept.
