The Chihuahuan Desert Nature Center & Botanical Gardens is hiring a full-time Maintenance and Site Manager to oversee operations on its expansive 507-acre site just outside Fort Davis.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual with the ability to operate a tractor and maintain a variety of tools, equipment, and company vehicles. The position offers access to a large, well-equipped maintenance facility and requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and basic mechanical knowledge.
The role pays $19.50 per hour and includes several benefits, such as an annual cost-of-living pay increase, a year-end bonus, healthcare reimbursement (QSEHRA), participation in a SIMPLE IRA retirement plan, and paid vacation and sick leave.
