The Chihuahuan Desert Research Institute will present its Spring 2025 Roger Conant Distinguished Guest Lecture on Thursday, April 10, at the Crowley Theater in Marfa.
This year’s featured speaker is Bill Neiman, owner and founder of Native American Seed. Neiman, a seasoned storyteller with more than three decades of experience, will share his expertise on conservation and the native flowers and grasses found throughout Texas.
The lecture begins at 7 p.m., with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Beverages and hors d’oeuvres will be served following the program.
The Crowley Theater is located at 98 S. Austin St. in Marfa.
