The Alpine Independent School District will recognize longtime coach Troy Canaba during pregame festivities at the Lady Bucks’ second district softball game of the season on Monday, March 18, at 5 p.m.
Canaba, who has led the Lady Bucks softball program for years, has compiled a 201-42 overall record. Under his leadership, the team has secured 30 postseason championships, made three semifinal appearances, and reached the state championship in 2012.
Fans are encouraged to attend the game to support the Lady Bucks and celebrate Canaba’s contributions to the program.
