Cow Dog Cafe is putting its giant pizza oven to work, bringing fresh, delicious pizzas to the Alpine community. Starting Monday, February 3rd, pizza nights will take place every Monday and Friday from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM, making dinner plans easy and satisfying.
Whether you’re in the mood for classic flavors or creative combinations, Cow Dog Cafe’s menu has something for everyone. Pizzas are available in 10-inch and 14-inch sizes, with options like:
• Margherita: Tomato confit, mozzarella, parmesan, basil, and herbed olive oil drizzle.
• Pastor: House-made pastor pork, pineapple, red onion, mozzarella, and cilantro.
• Veggie: Tomato confit, brussels sprouts, red onion, shaved parmesan, and arugula.
• Sausage: Red sauce, Italian sausage, smoked tri-color peppers, mozzarella, parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
• Pepperoni: Red sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella, parmesan, tomato confit, and micro-oregano.
