The Alpine Fightin’ Bucks basketball team showcased resilience and determination in three recent district matchups, securing two commanding victories and facing a tough loss. January 14: Alpine Falls to Presidio in District Showdown

Final Score: Alpine 50, Presidio 68

In a pivotal game for first place in District 4-3A, the Bucks hosted Presidio. The first quarter saw a balanced exchange, ending tied at 16-16. However, Presidio seized momentum in the second quarter, pulling ahead with a 38-21 lead at halftime. Despite a spirited second-half comeback attempt, the Bucks couldn’t close the gap.
