Applications are now open for the Leadership Fort Stockton Class of 2025, offering an immersive program designed to cultivate leadership skills and community involvement. Since its inception in 1995, the program has equipped Fort Stockton with enthusiastic leaders who are educated about the community’s needs and prepared to take on roles in various sectors.
Program Highlights:
- Comprehensive Curriculum: Over the course of one year, participants will engage in monthly classes (typically 1–5 p.m. on a weekday) that cover community needs, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Leadership Retreat: The program includes a fall retreat, held from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning, providing an intensive leadership experience.
- Community Focus: Participants will complete leadership and volunteer requirements, fostering connections with local organizations and initiatives.
Benefits:
The program offers both professional and personal growth opportunities. Participants will gain insight into the community, develop leadership skills, and build valuable relationships. Employers are encouraged to enroll managers and team leaders to enhance workplace leadership and community engagement.
