The Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for its 2025 Annual Chamber Banquet, a night dedicated to celebrating community achievements and the contributions of its members and volunteers. The event will take place on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Pecos County Civic Center.
This year’s banquet will honor individuals and organizations with awards such as Citizen of the Year, Outstanding Student of the Year, Presidential Make a Difference Award, Ambassador of the Year, Leadership Alumni of the Year, and Business of the Year. Attendees can also enjoy an evening of camaraderie, dining, and recognition for community contributions.

- Location: Pecos County Civic Center
- Time: Social hour begins at 6 p.m., with hors d’oeuvres and tea/water served. A cash bar offering beer, wine, margaritas, and mixed drinks will also be available, with proceeds supporting the Leadership Fort Stockton program.

- Individual tickets: $25
- Reserved tables for 10: $250 (includes participation in the table decorating contest).
Table Decorating Contest:
This year’s theme, Tour De Fort Stockton, encourages participants to create table displays inspired by the city’s landmarks, cultural heritage, and geographical diversity. Tables can range from simple setups to elaborate designs, with no restrictions on creativity. The winner will take home the Traveling Trophy, currently held by Pecos County State Bank.
Tables are 5′ x 8′ rectangles and come with 10 metal folding chairs. While default setups include dinner plates, participants may bring their own decorations, table coverings, and place settings to enhance their designs. Chair covers are available for rent from the Chamber at $20 for all 10 chairs.

Awards Ceremony:
The banquet will spotlight Fort Stockton’s best, including the presentation of the 2024 Outstanding Citizen of the Year, 2024-2025 Outstanding Student of the Year, and other prestigious honors. The night will highlight the remarkable impact of individuals and businesses on the community.
