$36M Beal Park Upgrade in Midland Kicks Off

Phase 1 of a $36 million upgrade to Beal Park is set to begin this month, marking the start of a transformation aimed at making the park a premier soccer complex in the Permian Basin.

When completed, the ambitious project will include 62 soccer fields, over 2,000 parking spaces, three concession and restroom buildings, and a new amphitheater. Plans also feature a proposed splash pad, playground, and a dedicated food truck drive.

The park’s existing baseball fields, dog park, fishing pond, and disc golf course will remain unchanged as the focus of this upgrade is solely on enhancing soccer facilities.

This development aims to establish Beal Park as a regional hub for soccer, providing top-tier amenities for players, spectators, and the community.
