Get ready for a mesmerizing experience with nature at the 2025 Davis Mountains Hummingbird Celebration, set to take place from August 14-17 at THE HIGH FRONTIER, a stunning 380-acre private venue in the heart of the Davis Mountains of Far West Texas.

- Registration Fee: $195 per person
The registration fee includes admission to the vendor area, the Welcome Reception, all afternoon and evening seminars, and the Saturday evening Banquet. Note that field trips are priced separately, and early morning field trips will include breakfast to-go boxes.
Registration and Event Logistics
Registration for the event is fully automated and will require each participant to electronically sign a liability release form. Attendees must register individuals one at a time, with the option to add additional participants during the process. Full payment is required only after registering all members of your party. Confirmation and a receipt will be emailed post-registration; if not received, please check your spam folder or contact info@DavisMountainsHummingbirdCelebration.com.
Approximately three weeks before the event, registered participants will receive detailed instructions via email, including meeting locations and a list of items to bring. Ensure your registration uses your preferred email address to receive all event communications effectively.
Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event of cancellation, a full refund will be provided. Other refunds are available as follows:
- Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee if canceled by June 15
- 50% refund minus a 5% administrative fee if canceled by July 15
- No refunds after July 15
Field trips will proceed rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued for changes or no-shows due to uncontrollable factors such as weather or access issues.
