The Marfa Station held its annual open house this past weekend, with special thanks extended to community members, law enforcement partners, and all U.S. Border Patrol agents and their families who attended.
Participants had the opportunity to gain firsthand insight into the ongoing efforts to ensure the safety of the community. Photos from the event, provided by U.S. Border Patrol Big Bend Sector, highlighted the collaborative spirit between the community and law enforcement.

As for safety in Marfa, i mightily disagree. My house was robbed several years ago but the police would do nothing except smirk. Wouldn’t even write up a theft report, in fact they victimized the victim (me)which continues today with police saying “she wasn’t robbed. She has a mental illness.” White lies are bad for everyone in many ways. You may be trying to hurt my reputation but you do serious damage to your own…and being in an authoritative role with the police its an especially heinous crime you are doing to me. I have always felt they know & protect the crooks. If a theft report is not completed listing stolen items, then when any are discovered in someone’s possession the items are not technically “stolen” without a report. But i can say more about all these shenanigans by police. Oh and earlier i gave officer Frank a disgusting harassing note i found. He said he would start a file. When i checked on that to get the file # well there wasn’t a file or the evidence. No surprise, I guess,
Again no report, no crime, nothing to solve, no one in trouble, except me who is still suffering from these crimes . And there are more city officials telling white lies about me. I hear it said family first” hete in Marfa. Haha when all the long-time locals are related by blood and/or marriage. Sounds lots like a cartel organization.
