Alpine Cross Country is set to host its “Moonlit Miles” fundraiser on Sunday, August 18, under the glow of an almost full moon. This event is more than just a fundraiser; it’s a social gathering that invites both school and community members to come together for a night of fun and camaraderie.

Participants will enjoy a stroll, jog, or simply hang out along the luminary-lined path at Kokernot Park. Each ticket purchase includes an AXC cup, AXC sticker, a MoonPie, and neon bracelets to light up the night. The event is designed to be accessible to all, with individual tickets priced at $25 and family tickets available for $50. Donations of any amount will also be accepted at the event to ensure that everyone can join in on the fun.
Tickets can be purchased online using a QR code, or for those who prefer a traditional approach, paper tickets will be available soon through the AXC team members, Coach Johnson, and Coach Cason.
“Moonlit Miles” promises to be a unique opportunity for the Alpine community to support local cross country while enjoying a memorable evening under the moon. Don’t miss out on this chance to contribute to a great cause and enjoy some quality time with friends and family.
