The Roy Hurd Memorial Airport is set to host its 23rd Annual Fly-In Breakfast on Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 7:30 to 11 a.m. This community event, organized by the Monahans Band Boosters, offers a free breakfast to all fly-in guests.
Visitors who do not arrive by plane can enjoy the breakfast for a nominal fee of $5. The menu will include bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, coffee, and juice.
In addition to breakfast, the event will feature a display of classic cars from the Desert Reflections Car Club and local first responder vehicles, providing a unique opportunity for attendees to see these vehicles up close.
Throughout the morning, there will be prizes awarded to participants, adding an extra element of excitement to the event.
