The HVAC I Technician/Electrician role is crucial in maintaining the resort’s high standards of guest comfort and operational excellence. The successful candidate will engage in a variety of technical tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, cooling, ventilation, and related systems across the 27,000-acre property. This includes addressing the needs of the resort’s comprehensive amenities, such as a 103-room hotel, an 18-hole golf course, spa, saloon, and three swimming pools.
Duties for this role encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from investigating problems and performing maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to handling refrigeration for commercial equipment. The technician will also manage the procurement and delivery of parts, regularly check and change air filters, and address drain problems, among other tasks. As the technician’s skills grow, so will their administrative duties and responsibilities, offering a clear path for professional development within the resort’s facilities team.
