Sul Ross Annual Purple vs. Pink Baseball Series: A Showdown for a Cause

The eagerly anticipated annual Purple vs. Pink baseball series has officially kicked off, starting tonight on Monday, October 9, at 6 p.m. This cherished tradition takes place over three exciting days, concluding on Thursday, October 12, all while shining a spotlight on two crucial causes: domestic violence and breast cancer awareness.

This year’s thrilling series is being held at the iconic Kokernot Field in Alpine, Texas. Game one launched tonight, setting the stage for an action-packed week. The remaining games are scheduled for Wednesday, October 11, and Thursday, October 12, all starting at 6 p.m. CST. Adding an extra layer of excitement to the series, the Sul Ross State baseball team is contributing team items for a raffle. Tickets are available for just $1 each or as a bundle of six tickets for a mere $5.
