Friday, October 6 – A Day Packed with Fun: Friday brings an array of activities that will engage all your senses. Dive into the world of art at the art show, or if you’re in the mood for adventure, join the trail ride or take a scenic wagon ride through the stunning Terlingua landscape. For those seeking some classic Western excitement, the goat roping event will test your roping skills. As the sun sets, get ready to dance the night away with the Western Express Band at 8 PM.
Saturday, October 7 – The Culinary Highlight: Saturday is all about Dutch oven culinary creativity. The art show continues, and team roping adds a thrilling twist to the day’s events. The highlight of the cookoff, the Dutch Oven Judging, commences at 6 PM, where talented cooks showcase their skills and compete for culinary glory. Afterward, enjoy a potluck dinner that’s sure to tantalize your taste buds. To cap off the evening, the Doug Moreland Band will take the stage at 8 PM, delivering a memorable performance.
Sunday, October 8 – A Reverent Conclusion: The celebration concludes on a spiritual note with Cowboy Church, offering attendees a chance to reflect and find solace. Afterward, savor an American Legion Breakfast to fuel up before heading home.
