In an exciting addition to the Marfa Lights Festival, organizers have announced the return of the Marfa Lights 5K Stampede. Now in its third year, the event is not just a race but also a means to support the community.
The Stampede, scheduled as part of the festival’s activities, pledges that all its proceeds will be channeled to enhance the involvement of Marfa ISD student athletes in physical fitness programs. It’s a dual-purpose event: participants get to test their stamina while contributing to a worthy cause that champions community engagement and youth success.
