Local residents and food enthusiasts are in for a treat as Elizabeth and Ana Maria Brito proudly present their pop-up dining experience, “Marfa Sus Sabores,” hosted at Glitch Gallery.
The event, slated for today, welcomes diners during two windows: noon to 3 p.m. and then from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Guests eager to taste the Brito’s culinary offerings should note the entrance is conveniently located through the alley behind the Hotel Saint George.
“Marfa Sus Sabores” promises a rich menu that pays homage to traditional favorites with a twist. Priced between $10 and $12.50, the menu includes:
- Smothered Burrito (Red/Green) – $12
- Enchilada Plate (Red/Green) – $10
- Carne Guisada (Red/Green) – $12
- Flautas (Choice of Chicken or Beef) – $10
- Nachos Deluxe – $10
- Asada Fries – $10
- Burger and Fries – $11 (add cheese for an extra $0.50)
