Food enthusiasts and community supporters are invited to the WestFest Cook-off on September 15-16, sponsored by the Marathon Volunteer Fire Department (VFD). The two-day event will be held at The Post in Marathon and will feature a variety of cooking competitions, live music, and activities.

Friday, September 15 kicks off the festival with cooker registration at 6 PM, followed by judging for salsa, margaritas, steak, and bologna.
Saturday, September 16 begins with cooker registration at 8 AM, leading into a day filled with culinary competitions, including beans, fajitas, Dutch oven bread, Dutch oven dessert, baby back ribs, brisket, and cabrìto. The event will conclude with a silent auction at 7:30 PM, and attendees can enjoy live music and activities like Corn Hole and Washers throughout the weekend.
