According to reporting by The Big Bend Sentinel, hotelier Tim Crowley is planning to construct a new 47-room hotel on the southernmost edge of Marfa along U.S. Highway 67. The project will be built on a 1.8-acre tract of land adjacent to the Cordero Trailer Park and directly across from Marfa’s Border Patrol Station.
