Basin Beautification Project sets April 11 cleanup event across Midland and Odessa

The Basin Beautification Project is inviting residents across the Permian Basin to participate in “Basin Action Day,” a communitywide cleanup effort scheduled for Saturday, April 11.

The event will take place from 9 a.m. to noon at multiple cleanup sites throughout Midland and Odessa, organizers said.

Participants can register as individuals or form teams with coworkers, friends or family members. The event is open to all ages, and organizers say cleanup supplies — including safety vests, gloves and trash bags — will be provided.

The initiative aims to create cleaner, safer and more attractive public spaces across the region while encouraging community involvement.
