Students from Fort Davis Independent School District received several honors at the University Interscholastic League One-Act Play district competition held in Van Horn.
The Fort Davis production was named the alternate advancing show following the district contest, according to a post by the school district.
Several students and crew members were individually recognized for their work on the production.
Doug Comer received All-Star Tech honors. Laurel Taylor was named Honorable Mention All-Star Cast, while Miranda Hernandez and Maisie Corbin were selected for the All-Star Cast.
District officials said the cast and crew will present a public performance of the play in Fort Davis at a later date, though details have not yet been announced.
The UIL One-Act Play competition is a statewide theater program that allows Texas high school students to perform and compete at district, area and state levels.
