High Sierra Bar & Grill has announced its Christmas menu, offering a seasonal dining option in Terlingua Ghost Town ahead of the holidays.

The menu features a choice of roast pork loin or roasted chicken, prepared with agave, Meyer lemon, stone-ground mustard, and fresh crema. Side dishes include three-cheese au gratin potatoes, baby carrots with dill and butter, and an apple sauce glaze. Dessert options include sweet potato pie or blueberry pie.

High Sierra Bar & Grill is located at 100 Ghost Town Road in Terlingua and offers dine-in, takeout, and outdoor seating. The restaurant remains open during the holiday season and continues to draw visitors traveling through the Big Bend region.
