Each month, a fourth-grade teacher at Alpine Elementary School selects four dependable students to raise the flag each morning, instilling in them the importance of flag etiquette, leadership, and responsibility.
To recognize their dedication, the students were awarded medals for their commitment to this meaningful tradition.
A special thanks was extended to Principal Mr. Wubbena, who helps guide the students each morning as they carry out their duties with honor and respect.
